We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were polite, helpful, and happy to assist us in finding our way around the city. The location was great, with easy access to public transport and just a short walk from the railway station, even at 3am in the morning. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

It was so incredibly close to the Xtra venue for our concert which was perfect and the restaurant eveing meal was vwery good! Service was phenominal

The main very focal point was the room pauined lunimous yellow - ev erywhere. Hotel rooms are supposed to be relaxing and calm and this gave me and my friend a headache - you need to change the colour of the rooms.

The hotel had a great Easter deal that included chocolate eggs and a cute bunny stuffed animal in the room. the staff was friendly and gave us helpful tips on what to do around the area. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Our room was not in the best condition. the carpet was stained and the curtains were torn.

We had a great stay at this hotel - it ticked all the boxes for our needs. The hotel was conveniently located near the main train station, making commuting a breeze. We found the hotel facilities to be clean and top-notch. The staff were very friendly and helpful in providing tips on sightseeing places in this city.

Location of hotel which is next to tram station and two tram station away from main station of Zurich. Also roomsize are big.

The hotel, located near the main train station, is convenient for those who need a place to stay for one night before taking off early. You can easily find a taxi as the area is busy with activity. the rooms are spacious with comfortable double beds and clean bathrooms.

The breakfast was a disappointment, with limited options and unappetizing food.

the location is great 2 stops from the zurich main train station. the trams stop almost in front of the hotel and just off the corner of a crosstown bus route. you can get anywhere in zurick from this location, fast!!! the staff is great..

The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel was located in a convenient spot, which made our travels around the city quick and easy. We loved the fact that they provided complimentary toiletries and had comfortable beds to sleep in. In addition, we appreciated the fact that they served fresh fruits and hot beverages for breakfast.

The hotel could improve on the soundproofing of the rooms as we could hear the street noise and nearby church bells ringing every hour, which made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the room could use some updating, especially the windows and shower area.

Everything was brilliant! They even remembered which room I had last time and gave me the same again. Really nice staff!

The room was decent, and it had all the necessary amenities we needed for our city break. The hotel is strategically located, just a stone's throw away from the main railway station, and there were a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. On top of that, the staff were quite approachable.

The hotel was quite noisy, and we could hear everything from the street outside, which made sleeping quite challenging. On top of that, we had to pay for some of the conveniences, like Wi-Fi and laundry services, which felt like an unnecessary additional cost.
